We have listened to many of you, and have discussed among the officers.
Now, we have finally came up with a policy that benefits everyone, and it’s time to make it official!
Standbys will now receive dkp
Reasons for such an action
1.) Ungeared guildie waiting outside
2.) Apps, Guests are able to join more and learn more about encounter. It lets the guild know more about them too!
3.) Things gets DE lesser
4.) Lesser complains from people because of spots in MC / Onyxia
5.) People who don’t need anything from MC /Onyxia don’t have to feel penalised if they give up their slots for someone who needs it more than them.
6.) People who absolutely hate running MC and Onyxia for the sake of DKP can now let those who need gear to run instead.
How to be on Standby
1.) Join DBStandby channel
2.) Must be registered with attendance lead (eg ”/w
Rules for Standby
1.) Mains must be at instance gate or close by
2.) If you log out no DKP
3.) If you are afk for more than 5 mins you will be removed from wait list
4.) Members are allowed to play alt. Please pst attendance lead with ”/w

- Attendance Lead decisions should not be questioned during raid. Feel free to discuss it after raid.
- Anyone AFKing or D/C for 5 mins or more will be replaced. Regardless of RL issues. Anything longer than a 5 min break is not acceptable
- Any invites must be done by Attendance Lead. If you are invited through other means you will be removed immediately.
- Any person planning to leave pls let Attendance Lead know in advance if possible.
- Anyone wanting to join the raid. Please pst Attendance Lead with keyword “waitlist”
- Raider selection will be based on Class Balance and wait list queue.
- Anyone not listening to raid lead or attendance lead during raid can be and will be removed by Attendance Lead.
- If you do not have CTRaidAssist 1.51 you will be replaced after a warning
- For each raid an Attendance Lead will be nominated. If you dun know who it is pls pst an officer.

GQuitting by any member will not be taken lightly by the officers.
Quitting the guild will be interpreted without exception in the following way
- Player does not wish to be part of Diablos
- Player values the reason for quitting higher than the friendship shown by members in Diablos
Under rare circumstances, gquitter’s re-admission may be considered by the guild. This is an exception rather than norm and the consideration does not extend to ex-members who left to join other guilds. Reinvite of gquitter will be decided by officers and upon re-admission 2 Yellow Cards & Initiate status will be applied automatically as a minimum.
